Description

The YORK® STS Self-Standing Half Rack is a heavy-duty, facility-ready rack designed for confident barbell training and efficient organization. Built to handle high-traffic use while keeping the training area clean, it includes key features out of the box—pull-up capability, adjustable racking points, integrated storage, and welded holders—making it an ideal centerpiece for strength floors.

At the top is a standout Combo Grip Pull-Up Bar: an 8’ high, 28 mm knurled, solid cold-rolled steel bar with a 135-degree V-shape in the center for additional grip options. For racking versatility, the rack includes stainless steel hook plates adjustable across 19 positions in 3” center increments, fitting a wide range of athletes and training styles.

To support benching and rack stability, the STS half rack includes a bench stringer and single bar holders (pair). It also features scuff-resistant weight storage pegs sized for common plates (45, 35, 25, 10, 5, and 2.5 lb), plus two welded vertical bar holders to keep your bars stored and accessible.
