Shipping Policy

At Grit Grind Strength, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible. Since our store works with multiple trusted vendors, shipping times and prices may vary based on the products in your order. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us:

Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Please note that custom-made or out-of-stock items may take longer.

  • If your order contains items from multiple vendors, each vendor’s shipping time may differ.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days (depending on vendor and location).

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the product and shipping carrier. We aim to keep you updated with accurate delivery estimates.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, brand and the products in your cart.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Once you have your tracking number, you may visit our home page and track your delivery from the bottom of the page.

Shipping Issues or Delays

  • If your order is delayed or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will help resolve the issue.

  • In the event of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather or supply chain disruptions), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Note on Custom-Made Items

  • Certain items may be made to order, and these products will have extended shipping times. These are the only products that will have an extended shipping time. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping details.

  • If you need your item by a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing the order to ensure we can meet your needs.

Receiving Your Shipment

  • For Freight Deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

  • Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos/videos.

Damaged Items

If any item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days at sales@gritgrindstrength.com

  • Include photos or videos of the damage

  • For LTL deliveries, you must note damage before the carrier leaves, or claims may be denied

Storage & Refused Deliveries

Freight carriers may charge storage or redelivery fees if you're unavailable to accept delivery.
If you refuse a delivery without cause, you may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must arrange for freight forwarding.
