Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

We require photo or video proof of the item’s condition.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at returns@gritgrindstrength.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions for where to send the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly communicated before you proceed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We may request pictures or videos to assist with resolving the issue.

LTL Freight Deliveries: Note any damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.

UPS, USPS, FedEx: Report any shipping damage within 7 days.

Missing/Damaged Parts: Send clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue with the manufacturer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for any reason other than verified damage, you will be responsible for shipping charges to and from your address. Visual proof may be required to justify refusal.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your return to arrive and be processed.
